Haugesund Cruise Port

The region’s cruise port is centrally located at the northern entrance to Haugesund, and with a length of 297 meters we can welcome the very largest cruise ships on Garpeskjærskaien. our cruise port comply with regulations on securing ports and port terminals against terrorist acts, etc. and holds all necessary approvals from the Norwegian Coastal Administration.

Together with, among others, the destination company Visit Haugesund and Haugalandet, we have since 2010 worked hard to build the region as an attractive cruise port, and in 2013 was able to receive the first cruise ship. Since then, the number of calls has increased steadily, and during 2023 we can welcome a total of 134 cruise calls with around 420,000 passengers to Haugesund.

In the years to come, we expect significant growth in cruises and we are proud to be titled as the fastest growing cruise port in Norway.
