Karmsund Port’s property portfolio is built up accordingly with the port’s development. The property portfolio is adapted to the business that has been established, but the common thing is that all are actors who have added value of being close to the sea.
In total, the Port of Karmsund has a portfolio of approximately 70,000 square meters of real estate, divided into 3 locations. Two of the properties are owned by subsidiaries and together with other private companies.
The Port of Karmsund has good access to plots and has a strategy of developing property for relevant actors to create growth and increased port activity. We believe that the value of the quay is increased if the user has a custom property on land. This is common to both offshore and subsea, cruise and freight logistics.
