Founded in 1977, A. Olufsen Ship & Offshore specialized in ship repair offshore and onshore. Moving forward, the company expanded in the offshore industry, due to increasing offshore activity.

Today, the business is focusing on offshore activities, working on design and production of customized constructions for subsea- and offshore markets. We also run an experienced team for operations abroad. Steel constructions, mechanical work and pipe work is the main focus there.

A. Olufsen Ship & Offshore is located with its own deepwater quay in Haugesund, near the airport, ferry and fastboat terminal. Our good strategic location by the North Sea makes it easy for customers, distributors and suppliers both to visit and ship to us.

Product development
The company has developed several products and especially within offshore and maritime services. We have developed several cranes like rescue cranes for maritime purposes, quay cranes, baskets and lifting islands. We welcome development missions based on our customers needs.

Steelwork
We do all sorts of steel and aluminum work onshore and offshore. We have an advanced machine park and certified personnel within these areas.

Welding
We enjoy  the process of creating exactly what you need for your vessel to get it mobilized. In our workshop we have the machines to meet your needs quickly and with great quality.

Machine and motor work
Our company owns a big workshop with modern equipment for most kinds of work related to machine and motor work.

Pipework
Our company does all sorts of piping work onshore and offshore.

Mobilization and demobilization
Within mobilization and demobilization our company has a considerable experience. We are able to get all necessary work done around the clock. Taking into consideration our other specialities within production and personnel we are able to do just about any work our customers require.

Ship repair
Our company make necessary ship repair onshore or offshore. We also offer professional personnel as travel operators or other relevant jobs for Maritime personell.

Control and certifications
The company has certified personnel for certification and other relevant work on mechanical lifting equipment.
